3. Why is shipping not reflected at checkout?

Our product line is so large and varied that it is impossible for our e-commerce software to automatically calculate freight on a mix of light UPS items and heavy truck items. This is the reason why it is necessary to contact you, via email, requesting freight approval prior to processing your order.

4. What happens when I submit my order?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the sub-total of your order. Applicable shipping and handling is not reflected at checkout and is not included in your order total. You will receive a second email requesting freight approval.

5. How much is freight and how will I know?

Within 24 business hours, excluding holidays, you will receive a second email requesting freight approval. Orders will not be processed until approved. To ensure receipt of our email, add customerservice@wgroom.com, or our domain, wgroom.com to your safe senders list. Please respond with approval to avoid cancellation of your order.

6. How do I determine if my ship-to-address is Business or Residential?

Freight carriers charge an additional fee for residential delivery. You will be asked at checkout if you are shipping to a business or residential address. A commercial address is in a business district. A business in a home is considered residential. If shipping to a Business address, please provide the business name, suite number, department and or floor. For questions, contact customer service Toll Free 877-783-3784. We are here to assist you.

7. Can I view the status of my orders?

If registered with us prior to ordering you will be able to view your order status and track your shipments directly from your Wgroom Worldwide account. If you go directly to checkout without registering, you will not have an account to access for information regarding your order status.
