It's simple:

Step 1:

Place your order online using our easy SHOPPING CART. Select 'LAYAWAY' as the payment method on the Payment Information Page. After submitting your request you should hear from us within 24 hrs. We will email you with a total and a payment schedule. Payments may be made via credit card, personal or business bank check, money order or wire transfer. An initial deposit of 20% of the total cost of the item(s) is required.

Step 2:

Approval: Approval of Total and Payment Schedule Required. If approval not received within one week, request for layaway will be cancelled without notification.

Step 3:

Upon Approval: If not paying via credit card, the first payment must be received within one week from the approval date of your payment schedule or the layaway agreement will be cancelled without notification. The first payment, if mailed, will be returned to sender.

US Layaway Plan:

• via credit card (preferred), which will be billed regularly according to your layaway plan.
• by personal/business bank check or money order payable to Wgroom Worldwide.
• or by a wire transfer which will be set up accordingly.

Outside of the US:

• by money order in US Funds payable to Wgroom Worldwide.
• or by a wire transfer which will be set up accordingly.

Payment must to be made each month to keep the layaway active. If a layaway falls 30 days behind, it will be cancelled without notification. No cash refunds or store credits will be made. Checks returned from your bank marked NSF or for any other reason are subject to a $20 fee.

Freight Charges:

Layaway Plan includes an estimate of freight charges that is subject to change at time of shipment. If there is a rate change at the time of your last scheduled payment you will be notified. Your order will not ship until final payment of freight rate change is made, if any.

Cancellation:

Layaways cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (Initial 20% Deposit). No refunds after 15 days of the origination date of the layaway.

Guarantee:

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% pleased with your layaway purchase upon receipt, you will receive a store credit upon return of the product for the full amount less the cost of shipping. Returned product must be in original packaging with labels and tags intact. The store credit is not redeemable for cash.

There are no hidden charges or interest applied. The seller holds all layaway purchases until the balance is paid in full.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for keeping track of subsequent payments and remitting them according to the payment schedule provided by Wgroom Worldwide. We will send an E-mail reminder if a payment becomes overdue. Buyer is also responsible for notifying us of any change in their email address.

Make sure that you want the item before you put it on layaway.
