Place your order online using our easy SHOPPING CART. Select 'Lease Purchase' as the payment method on the Payment Information Page. After submitting your order and freight approval we will forward your request to Direct Capital. You will be contacted within 24 hours by both parties.

Step 2:

Approval: Approval is controlled and determined by Direct Capital.

Step 3:

Upon Approval: Your order will be processed. Lead-time varies with the Manufacturer but is usually a maximum of 3-4 weeks.

Cancellation:

Wgroom can cancel your order upon request but will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of your financing arrangement with Direct Capital.

Wgroom Worldwide Layaway Plan

It's simple:

Step 1:

Place your order online using our easy SHOPPING CART. In the comment box, note that you would like to 'LAYAWAY' your order. After submitting your request you should hear from us within 24 hrs. We will email you with a total and a payment schedule. Payments may be made via credit card, personal, business, bank check, money order or wire transfer. An initial deposit of 20% of the total cost of the item(s) is required.

Step 2:

Approval: Approval of Total and Payment Schedule Required. If approval not received within one week, request for layaway will be cancelled without notification.

Step 3:

Upon Approval: If not paying via credit card, the first payment must be received within one week from the approval date of your payment schedule or the layaway agreement will be cancelled without notification. The first payment, if mailed, will be returned to sender.

US Layaway Plan:

• via credit card (preferred), which will be billed regularly according to your layaway plan.
• by personal, business, bank check or money order payable to Wgroom Worldwide, Inc.
• or by a wire transfer which will be set up accordingly.

Outside of the US:

• by money order in US Funds payable to Wgroom Worldwide, Inc.
• or by a wire transfer which will be set up accordingly.

Payment must to be made each month to keep the layaway active. If a layaway falls 30 days behind, it will be cancelled without notification. No cash refunds or store credits will be made. Checks returned from your bank marked NSF or for any other reason are subject to a $20 fee.

Freight Charges:

Layaway Plan includes an estimate of freight charges that is subject to change at time of shipment. If there is a rate change at the time of your last scheduled payment you will be notified. Your order will not ship until final payment of freight rate change is made, if any.

Cancellation:

Layaways cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (Initial 20% Deposit). No refunds after 15 days of the origination date of the layaway.

Guarantee:

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% pleased with your layaway purchase upon receipt, we provide 15 days to return your item and you will receive a store credit for the full amount less the cost of shipping. The store credit is not redeemable for cash.

There are no hidden charges or interest applied. The seller holds all layaway purchases until the balance is paid in full.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for keeping track of subsequent payments and remitting them according to the payment schedule provided by Wgroom Worldwide. We will send an E-mail reminder if a payment becomes overdue. Buyer is also responsible for notifying us of any change in their email address.

Make sure that you want the item before you put it on layaway.
